1. Platform Operator

Shadow Play Vault is operated by LUMERIS STORE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under registration number 17410906. Registered office: 2nd Floor College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, United Kingdom, HA4 7AE

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms: “Shadow Play Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means LUMERIS STORE LTD, the operator of the platform. “User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual who accesses, visits, registers with, or otherwise uses the Website or Services. “Website” means the Shadow Play Vault website and any related pages, domains, interfaces, or online environments operated by us. “Services” means all products, features, content, functionality, tools, and other services made available through or in connection with Shadow Play Vault.

3. Scope of the Services

The Services include the Website and all associated functionality made available to Users from time to time. This may include, without limitation, account functionality, platform features, content, tools, communications, and other services provided by or on behalf of Shadow Play Vault. We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue individual features or parts of the Services from time to time, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

4. Using the Website and Accepting These Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Shadow Play Vault, including the Website, your account, and all features, products, and services made available through the platform. By accessing or using Shadow Play Vault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of the Website or Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any amendments or updates that may be made from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms, or to any provision of them, you must immediately discontinue your access to and use of Shadow Play Vault and its Services.

5. Age Requirements

Shadow Play Vault may be accessed by Users of different ages; however, certain features and Services are available only to Users who have reached the legal age applicable in their jurisdiction. You must have reached the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction to access or use any feature that involves payments, purchases, paid functionality, transactions involving Keys, or requests for refunds. By accessing or using any age-restricted feature or Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and are legally permitted to use that feature or Service.

6. Games and Digital Features

Shadow Play Vault may introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue games and other digital features at any time. Games are presented through the Website according to their respective genres. The presence of a game on the Website does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely. Games and digital functionality available through the platform may include Icons for use with a User profile, Background Collection containing backgrounds available through the platform, Recent Games displaying games that the User has played recently, and other digital items or account features made available by Shadow Play Vault. The availability and characteristics of any particular feature may change as the platform develops.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shadow Play Vault responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms. Users are expected to maintain accurate account information, use the Website only for legitimate and permitted purposes, comply with the rules applicable to games and Arena, respect intellectual property and other rights associated with platform content, and avoid abusing or attempting to manipulate Keys, Sets, Arena, paid features, accounts, or other platform functionality. The Website must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or harmful activities. Shadow Play Vault may take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that a User has violated these requirements.

8. Keys Definition

Keys are the internal platform balance used only within Shadow Play Vault. Keys do not constitute currency, electronic money, a bank balance, an investment, or a claim for cash. Keys are intended exclusively for use with eligible features available inside Shadow Play Vault. Depending on the functionality available at the time, Keys may be used for accessing games that require Keys, entering or creating an Arena, obtaining Icons, obtaining backgrounds through the Background Collection section, and accessing other paid digital features offered on the platform. Keys have no cash value outside the Service. They cannot be withdrawn from the platform, exchanged for real money, transferred outside Shadow Play Vault, or treated as winnings, income, or another form of monetary return.

9. Games and Paid Digital Content

Where a particular game or feature requires Keys, the applicable price or entry requirement will be displayed through the Website before the User completes the relevant action. The User is responsible for having a sufficient Key balance before starting such a game or using the applicable feature. Once the User confirms or enters a paid game or feature, the relevant number of Keys will be deducted from the account. If a User accesses the same paid game multiple times, each separate access will result in a separate Key charge.

10. Arena Creation and Participation

Shadow Play Vault may offer player-versus-player events referred to as Arena. Users are able either to participate in an existing Arena or create a new one. An Arena may require a specified number of Keys to enter. Before joining an existing Arena, the User must have enough Keys to meet its stated entry requirement. The applicable amount is deducted when the User joins the Arena. Where the creation feature is available, a User may establish an Arena subject to the applicable platform conditions and Key requirements. Any required amount of Keys will be charged in accordance with the information displayed by the Website when the Arena is created or entered. Where an Arena determines a winner based on the results achieved by its participants, the User with the highest applicable result will receive Keys. Any Keys received through an Arena remain part of the internal Shadow Play Vault balance and may only be used for Services for which Keys are accepted.

11. Transaction Limits

For security, payment-risk management, and misuse-prevention purposes, Shadow Play Vault may impose limits on transactions carried out through the Website. Unless a different limit is displayed by the platform or specifically agreed with a User, the minimum balance top-up is EUR 5 per transaction, while the maximum balance top-up is EUR 1000 per transaction. Shadow Play Vault may modify applicable transaction limits where reasonably necessary

12. Premium User Status

Shadow Play Vault may review activity associated with User accounts in order to determine whether certain Users may qualify for an individual Premium User offer. Such review may take into account factors including account activity, use of paid Services, Transaction History, Arena participation, use of Keys, and other interactions with the Website. A User who is considered eligible will receive an individual offer by email. Premium User status provides higher transaction limits than those available under the standard limits. Any applicable limits, conditions, and additional features will be communicated directly to the User as part of the relevant offer. Premium status is not automatic and cannot be claimed merely because a User uses the Website frequently, has maintained an account for a particular period, or has carried out a certain amount of activity. Shadow Play Vault retains discretion over whether an individual Premium User offer is made. A Premium User remains responsible for transactions conducted through their account and for their own decisions concerning purchases and paid Services. Shadow Play Vault is not responsible for losses or financial consequences arising from a User’s personal purchasing or transaction decisions.

13. Refund Requests

A refund request must generally be submitted within 24 hours of the relevant transaction. Only Users who are at least 18 years old may submit a refund request. Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the same bank card or payment method originally used for the transaction. For the purpose of calculating a refund, 1 Key = EUR 0.10, and 10 Keys = EUR 1.00. Refunds are available only where the relevant problem was caused by a technical error in the Service or another issue directly resulting from such technical error. A refund request should contain sufficient information for Shadow Play Vault to identify the transaction in question. Requests must be sent to support@shadowplayvault.com.

14. Intellectual Property and Platform Materials

The Website and its contents may include games, software, graphics, text, designs, interface elements, Icons, backgrounds, digital items, trademarks, and other materials. Such materials are owned by Shadow Play Vault, its licensors, or other parties that have authorized their use. Accessing the Website does not transfer ownership of any platform content to the User. Unless expressly permitted by Shadow Play Vault or by applicable law, you must not reproduce platform content, distribute or publicly make it available, modify it or create derivative materials from it, commercially exploit it, remove ownership or proprietary notices, or otherwise use the content in an unauthorized manner. Your permission to use the Website is limited to personal use of the Services in accordance with these Terms and the functionality made available through the platform.

15. Complaints and Support

Users may contact Shadow Play Vault regarding matters connected with the Services, including account access, personal information, technical problems, games and platform functionality, transactions, Keys or Sets, refunds, or other concerns relating to the Website. We aim to consider complaints and support requests fairly and reasonably based on the circumstances and information provided. All such requests may be submitted to support@shadowplayvault.com.

16. Availability and Changes to the Service

The Services are provided on an “as is” basis. Shadow Play Vault may introduce new functionality, modify existing features, update games, change the availability of digital items, suspend a Service, replace or remove a game, discontinue particular platform functionality, or make other operational or technical changes at any time. A game or feature being available today does not guarantee its continued availability in the future.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising in connection with these Terms, the Website, or the Services will be dealt with in accordance with the applicable laws and procedures of the United Kingdom.
